These terms apply to everyone who uses WPR Practice Pro (wprpracticepro.com, "the site"), including teachers who give practice tests and students who take them. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site offers practice questions to help students prepare for the Nevada Workplace Readiness Skills assessment. It is an independent tool. It is not the official assessment, and it is not created, endorsed, or approved by the Nevada Department of Education, any school district, or the official assessment's publisher. Practice questions are not taken from the official exam. Scores on the site do not count toward any certification, grade, or credential unless a teacher chooses to use them, and they do not predict or guarantee results on the official assessment.
Teachers may use the site only with the teacher passcode provided to them by the site owner and only with students in classes they teach or supervise. Keep the passcode private and do not share it with students or post it publicly.
Students may use the site only to take a practice test given by their teacher, using the class code their teacher provides. Students should enter their own real name and student ID.
The test runs full screen and records when a student leaves the test screen. The first time, the test locks with a warning; the second time, it is submitted automatically, and the teacher can see that this happened. Teachers decide how to handle these events with their students.
Users may not try to see other people's sessions or results, guess class codes or passcodes, interfere with the site's operation, copy or collect the question bank, or use automated tools to access the site.
The questions, explanations, and design of the site belong to the site owner. Teachers and students may use them only for practice through the site. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or redistributed without permission.
The site is provided free of charge and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. The site may be unavailable at times, including for maintenance. Sessions in progress during an outage or restart may be lost.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Practice questions are written for study purposes and may contain errors.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, scores, or results, arising from use of or inability to use the site.
The site does not keep personal information after a session ends. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is used and when it is erased.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
